It is possible to cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If booking is cancelled 7 days or less before arrival, 100% of the accommoda/on fee will be charged.


Breakfast buffet is served every day from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. It is not necessary to make a reserva/on in advance, breakfast is included.


Regular check in is from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. If you arrive early, you can park your vehicle and store your luggage at the accommoda/on. Late arrival aYer 7 p.m. is possible upon agreement. We kindly ask our guests to check out before 11 a.m. in order to prepare the room for new guests. You can keep your vehicle and your luggage at the accommoda/on for the rest of the day.


Our guests can park on our private parking lot in the accommoda/on complex, which is locked at night. Reserva/on is not necessary, because the number of parking spaces is the same as the number of rooms, so you don’t have to worry, there will always be space for your car. Parking at our accommoda/on is free of charge.


Our accommoda/on is family- and child friendly. We have triple and quadruple rooms and rooms with five beds prepared for families. For larger families or two families together we offer a spacious family apartment with a kitchene`e, living room, separate bedrooms and a terrace. The guesthouse is surrounded by a spacious green garden, where your children can play. There are plenty of places for siang down in the accommoda/on complex and our pub is a great advantage, this way your children can go to sleep in the evening and you can enjoy siang down, while s/ll being close to them, with a pint of Krumlov beer, or you can choose something different from our menu. For the li`le ones we offer a crib, or you can bring your own. Children up to 3 years of age stay with us free of charge, unless they require their own bed.

The voucher can be issued for specific value or the number of nights that you want to giY. The voucher does not have to be issued for a specific date, this can be chosen by the person who received it. We will also send you an invoice together with the voucher.
